My company has decided to buy some new recruitment software. I am really pleased because I really like having new systems to mess around with. It will be good as well to update the current system which is very old and slow and does not have all of the functions that we would like it to have. I have had a quick look at the new system, I played with an evaluation copy on line and I must say that I was really impressed. Anything would be an improvement on the current system but this staffing software did seem to have a lot of great functions. It had useful features which I hadn’t considered before but that will really help us to do our jobs better and that will be fantastic. I just cannot wait for it to be installed and for us all to be trained up on it now. I expect that will take a while knowing the way our company works and it will seem to be even slower because I just cannot wait to get it. I guess it is a bit like a child waiting for Christmas to come!
